1. Terms of use for using the Just Drink application

The Terms of Use were last updated on August 12, 2021 and are valid until new terms are issued.

The Just Drink application can only be used after creating a subscription and by paying continuously for the subscription type that the user has chosen.

To be a user of the application, the user must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Generally

The Just Drink application was developed by Slobodan Rajovic from Just Drink, (“Just Drink v/Dan Rajovic”), CVR no. 31 43 81 52, Grantofteparken 90, 2750 Ballerup.

Just Drink by Dan Rajovic owns, operates and manages the DLB application.

The terms of use apply to the Dinlokabodega application and services associated with it.

It is a condition of using the application that the terms of use are accepted, which is done by registering as a user.

Just Drink v/Dan Rajovic has all rights to the content in or related to the Just Drink application, including ownership of logos, trademarks, trade name, images, members' posted images, media files, texts, etc., found on the application.

3. Registration and user profile

To use the Just Drink application, you must register and create a profile. Creating a profile requires that you provide your name, address, email and telephone number. The profile you create is used, among other things, for the membership register created for use by Just Drink's customers by Dan Rajovic.

When creating a user profile in the Just Drink application, you must enter a personal password, which must be treated confidentially at all times. You may not disclose your password to others.

Personal data is all kinds of information that can be attributed to you. By creating your profile in the Just Drink application, you consent to Just Drink v/Dan Rajovic. ApS being entitled to register your provided information.

4. Security

The Dinlokabodega application has the following security requirements:

All data communicated back and forth between Just Drink v/Dan Rajovic and your device is encrypted. It is therefore not possible for outsiders to access the content of the data stream between you and Just Drink v/Dan Rajovic.

All data is backed up continuously and automatically.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. In the event of misuse or suspected misuse of your password, you must change your password immediately.

In case of misuse, your account may be deleted.

5. Operation

Just Drink v/Dan Rajovic does its best to avoid errors, deficiencies and operational disruptions in the application, but this may occur.

The Dinlokalobodega application is maintained and updated continuously. During maintenance, some or all functions may be temporarily unavailable. Users will be notified of any longer updates.

Just Drink v/Dan Rajovic is not liable to users in the event of malfunctions, data errors, deficiencies, operational disruptions or removal of functions or data in the application.

6. Termination of membership

If you no longer wish to subscribe to the Dinlokalobodega application, you can delete your user profile at any time. Prepaid subscription payments are not refundable, either in whole or in part.

Just Drink v/Dan Rajovic may at any time and without notice suspend or terminate your agreement to use the Just Drink application and delete your user profile, be it in the event of unacceptable user behavior, attempted abuse, attempts to access other people's data or other improper behavior.

When deleting your user profile, all data registered on your user profile is deleted and cannot be restored. You cannot make any claims against Just Drink v/Dan Rajovic if your account is deleted. When deleting your user profile from DLB v/Dan Rajovic's site under the aforementioned circumstances, prepaid subscription payments will not be refunded, either in whole or in part.

7. Responsibility

Just Drink v/Dan Rajovic cannot be held liable for your use of the application.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use

Just Drink v/Dan Rajovic may change the terms of use at any time and without notice. The version currently in effect can always be found in the Just Drink application.
