Request to delete account in the Just Drink app
At Just Drink, we value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request deletion of your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below. Your request will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Account deletion steps
Log in to your account at Just Drink.
Visit the My Profile section.
Under My Profile, visit My Data.
In the lower right corner you will find a button to delete the account.
Confirm account deletion in the next step.
Once you confirm, your account will be deleted.
Can't log in or don't know how to delete your account?
If you are having trouble logging in or are unsure how to delete your account, you can request deletion directly through our support form. Please complete the account deletion request form with your information and our team will contact you to assist with the deletion process.
Important notes
When you request deletion of your account, all associated data will be permanently removed. This includes your personal information, activity data, and any content you have created.
